Products

We make every effort to represent our jewellery accurately.

Our pieces may feature natural gemstones, organic forms and handcrafted or hand-finished elements. Natural stones may vary in colour, pattern and inclusions, and minor variations may occur between individual pieces. These characteristics are part of the individual nature of each piece and are not necessarily considered faults.

Colours may also vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Jewellery Care

Our jewellery should be cared for in accordance with the care information provided with your piece or available on our website.

Gold-plated jewellery will naturally change over time depending on wear, skin chemistry and exposure to water, salt water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals and other environmental factors.

Nothing in our care guidance limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Promotions & Discount Codes
